TAKEOVER YOUR LIFE with the 33 Day CHALLENGE!
The Takeover Challenge happens twice a year to give you the motivation you need to reach your goals and make health and fitness a daily lifestyle!
The challenge consists of 33 days of workouts and active recovery, broken down into 4 phases. Workouts are posted daily to Facebook and can be done at the gym or at home. Participants also take before-and-after photos, keep a food log and follow a proper nutrition plan in order to maximize fitness goals. Most importantly, the Takeover Fitness community comes together and supports each other to finish the challenge!
33-Day Fitness Challenge Breakdown
Phase 1 (Days 1 – 6): 4 days of training / 2 days of Active Recovery
Phase 2 (Days 7 – 14): 6 days of training / 2 days of Active Recovery
Phase 3 (Days 15 – 23): 8 days of training / 1 day of Active Recovery
Phase 4 (Days 24 – 33): 10 straight days of training!
