Led by head coach Wale Dada, Team HalfBEAST trains every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 5 a.m. – a physically and mentally intense workout for elite athletes who want to train like a BEAST while the competition sleeps.
Takeover Fitness also brings together novice and elite athletes alike to train for and participate with Team HalfBEAST in fun, competitive events throughout the year, from 5K races to Spartan Race and Tough Mudder.
