Born and raised in South Florida, Casey is a fitness professional of the highest education. After graduating from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science, Casey continued her education by acquiring multiple fitness certifications and interning at many different rehab settings where she learned to treat a variety of patients with physical and mental limitations.

Not only has Casey been working full-time as a coach for 10 years, but she is also a well-decorated athlete having competed in several different athletic events including the first ever Spartan Race 12 Hour Hurricane Heat. As our resident obstacle racing expert and the only Spartan Certified Coach currently in South Florida, Casey tends to incorporate this style of training into her workouts to challenge you in every aspect of fitness. Her knowledge and experience truly make her an outstanding coach!

With a passion for fitness and helping others, Casey devotes most of her free time to charitable endeavors. Such projects include volunteering with Miami Dolphins Special Teams, organizing fundraisers for different causes, and even finding the time to start a nonprofit group, KARMA Athletes. However, her next project is one that is closest to her heart as founder and CEO of the new nonprofit Foobie Fitness. After having a double mastectomy due to a genetic predisposition to breast cancer, Casey noticed a void in exercises aimed at helping women recover from breast cancer related surgeries. The goal of Foobie Fitness is to help women receive the education and guidance they need to a full recovery.
